My father became a patient at your hospital while we were Charleston and were about to return home. He was injured badly and was transported to Roper Mount Pleasant Hospital where we were treated with such kindness and compassion.
Everyone whom we came in contact with at your hospital from the emergency room, to surgery, to ICU and finally the hospital wing where he stayed could not have been kinder or more professional. The nurses were amazing and caring. I cannot compliment your staff enough. The environment there is so pleasant and helped to make a difficult situation as pleasant as it could be.
Being from out of town and not knowing anyone to call one, I felt so comfortable with the care you provided. I wish that I could name every person who was involved, but please know that we were touched by many special people with such kindness and professionalism.
You are doing something right! Your staff is amazing!
